Investment augments CorEvitas’ pharmacovigilance services to fulfill global regulatory requirements for the safety of medications and vaccines during pregnancy

Waltham, MA and Los Angeles, CA, November 22, 2022 – CorEvitas, LLC (“CorEvitas”), an industry leader in syndicated registries, announced the acquisition of Pregistry, LLC (“Pregistry”), a global leader in safety studies during pregnancy. The acquisition represents CorEvitas’ fifth acquisition and expands its real-world evidence footprint to include syndicated pregnancy observational studies and retrospective claims studies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014, Pregistry leverages the expertise of over 70 pregnancy specialists covering a range of clinical, safety, regulatory, marketing, and technology needs to provide information that supports healthy pregnancies and births. Pregistry’s data informs individuals, providers, and industry stakeholders regarding health and safety during and after pregnancy, and ensures that prescribers, regulators, and pharmaceutical companies have the information needed to understand the potential benefits and risks of medications and vaccines during pregnancy. Pregistry partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to conduct observational studies on drug and vaccine safety during pregnancy.

This investment accelerates CorEvitas’ continued expansion of syndicated registries, complementing its already deep base of expertise in conducting post-approval safety studies in autoimmune and inflammatory-mediated diseases. CorEvitas brings 20 years of experience creating and managing specialized patient registries to study real-world effectiveness and safety of advanced therapies.

Panelists explore how connecting claims and clinical registry data lead to a better understanding of the patient journey

Waltham, MA and Bowie, MD, May 11, 2022—CorEvitas, LLC, the built-for-purpose provider of real-world evidence, and Inovalon, a leading provider of cloud-based platforms empowering data-driven healthcare, announce a joint educational symposium at the International Society for Pharmacoeconomic and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) annual meeting, being held in Washington, DC, from May 15-18, 2022.

The symposium, “Digging Deeper–Uncovering Expanded Patient Insights through Linked Data,” will take place on May 16 and offer innovative methodologies to link applicable claims data with patient registry data as well as explore the benefits of leveraging multiple linked data sources. Panelists will describe the attributes of both data sources and offer specific examples of how novel insights have been derived from the unique combination of claims and patient registry data.

Waltham, MA and Arlington, VA, April 26, 2022—CorEvitas, LLC is excited to announce leadership changes for HealthiVibe, its market-leading Patient Experience business. The company continues to grow and integrate the patient voice with its real-world evidence model bringing increased value to pharmaceutical clients – from discovery through commercialization.

Abbe Steel, founder and former CEO of HealthiVibe, is moving into the role of Chief Growth Officer with CorEvitas. “I’m excited for this next phase,” Ms. Steel said. “In my new role, I’ll have a chance to continue to expand the CorEvitas real-world evidence model through innovative research models and projects, leveraging our capabilities across the entire organization to help our clients. At the same time, we’ll stay true to the commitment to patient engagement and experience that was the impetus for founding HealthiVibe eight years ago.”

The Patient Experience business will be well-positioned for the future with the promotions of Jennifer Kelly, former Vice President of Operations, and Valerie Powell, former Vice President of Research Services.

Ms. Kelly, who has over 20 years of experience supporting clinical and commercial patient-directed initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry, will be taking on the role of President, Patient Experience. “I am thrilled to take on this next challenge, and I look forward to creating new models that continue to ensure meaningful and lasting value on behalf of patients and pharmaceutical clients,” she said.
