Simple Clinical Colitis Activity Index (SCCAI) (Ulcerative colitis)

Simple Endoscopic Score (SES-CD) (Crohn’s disease, if endoscopic score provided)
Mayo Severity Index (if flexible proctosigmoidoscopy findings provided)
